Villa Facilities Summary

• Accommodation for a maximum of 8 people
• Four double bedrooms
• Two en-suites and one all access bathroom
  Open plan lounge, dinning and kitchen area, surrounded above by galleried walkway.
• With washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob, satellite TV, video, CD/DVD player, CD and book library and fully equipped kitchen.
• Terraces with outside seating shaded wooden pergola, sun loungers and private swimming pool.
• Off street parking for several cars
• On your arrival a complimentary welcome pack will be available.

Villa Hire Rates

The following rates are per week for the hire of Villa Muranco on a self catering basis. For pricing on lunch or dinner arrangements, details will be available on request.

	01 May-30 June	£ 800 per week
	01 July- 31 August	£ 950 per week
	01 September- 31 October	£ 800 per week

The price includes villa rental, bed linen, weekly cleaning and fresh towels (beach towels are not provided). Price excludes flights, airport transfers, car hire or insurance.

When you confirm your booking, a £200 non-refundable deposit will be requested and the outstanding balance will be due six weeks before your departure date.

Please Note: Due to the construction of the villa, we regret that Villa Muranco is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Car hire is essential for this property and can be arranged by Villa Muranco for collection at Bodrum/Milas Airport.
